Flores, a licensed esthetician and graduate of Louisiana State University, brings nearly a decade of leadership and hands-on experience to the role. She began her career at Mokara as Assistant Spa Director and returns to lead the newly renovated spa into its next chapter. Her professional journey includes time at acclaimed properties such as Omni Montelucia Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona, and The Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa.
A native of Boerne, Texas, Flores is deeply connected to the region and passionate about integrating local culture and wellness traditions into the guest experience. She aims to develop innovative programs in partnership with local businesses and global wellness brands, offering restorative and meaningful treatments for hotel guests and San Antonio residents alike.
