Set on a 55-acre, Tuscan-inspired estate in Canton, The Spa at Gervasi Vineyard offers a polished retreat where vineyard views, warm hospitality and quiet luxury come together. The 5,000-square-foot spa welcomes overnight guests and day visitors into an atmosphere created for unhurried restoration. Before many treatments, guests arrive early for a Tranquility Welcome, including changing-room access, a robe and slippers, time in the aromatherapy-infused Tranquility Lounge, light refreshments, a warmed neck wrap and a choice of beverage, including select Gervasi wine.
For an elevated experience, private Spa Suites include a chromotherapy air bath, aromatherapy steam and chromotherapy rainfall shower to enjoy before and after a chosen treatment. These secluded spaces are well suited to couples, friends or solo guests seeking additional privacy. Throughout the spa, thoughtful details and a calm atmosphere encourage guests to slow down, reconnect and make wellness part of a complete vineyard escape.
Treat Yourself
Massage therapies range from flowing relaxation to focused recovery. The Gervasi Signature Massage combines grounding aromatherapy, applied heat, a hot-oil scalp treatment and facial massage, while the Classic Massage uses long, fluid movements to ease tension. Guests seeking more targeted work can choose Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Himalayan Salt Stone, Cupping or Restorative CBD Massage. Prenatal massage is available after the first trimester, and enhancements such as scalp treatments, collagen masks and percussion therapy allow each visit to be personalized.
Skincare receives equal attention. The Gervasi Signature Customized Facial uses advanced cosmeceuticals and a 24-karat gold-infused hydro jelly mask to lift, refine or calm the complexion. Other options address hydration, sensitivity, uneven tone, congestion and visible signs of aging. Hydrafacial treatments, dermaplaning, LED light therapy and low-downtime Linder Health Peels add a more results-oriented dimension to the menu.
Guests can also book nail care, makeup and waxing services or settle in for a longer package. The five-hour Gervasi Experience brings together the spa’s signature massage, facial, manicure and pedicure, accompanied by two glasses of select Gervasi wine. The shorter Radiant Reset combines an express Hydrafacial with a classic massage for guests who want visible results and meaningful relaxation in a more compact visit.

Gervasi Vineyard offers several distinctive ways to stay. The Villas feature spacious suites and patio views, The Casa delivers the feel of a contemporary Tuscan boutique hotel, and The Farmhouse provides a historic private residence for a more intimate escape. Guests staying in The Villas or The Casa receive breakfast for two delivered to their room each morning.
Dining is central to the resort experience. The Bistro serves upscale Italian cuisine in a restored 1800s barn, while The Crush House offers casual dining and a modern wine-bar atmosphere. In warmer months, The Piazza pairs open-air dining with scenic estate views. The Still House moves from specialty coffee by day to cocktails and spirits in the evening, while The Cave hosts guided wine experiences and tastings.

Is The Spa open to guests who are not staying at the resort?
Yes. Day guests may reserve spa treatments, although appointments should be booked in advance and secured with a major credit card. Same-day appointments may be available.
How early should guests arrive?
Guests receiving massages, facials or body services should arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy the Tranquility Welcome. Nail, makeup, waxing and med-spa guests should arrive 15 minutes before their appointments.
Can couples enjoy a private spa experience?
Yes. The private Spa Suites accommodate one or two guests and include a chromotherapy air bath, aromatherapy steam and rainfall shower for a more secluded experience.
Are younger guests permitted?
The Spa offers a limited selection of services for guests under 18. Families should contact the spa directly to confirm which treatments are available. Childcare is not provided.
What is the cancellation policy?
The Spa requires 24 hours’ notice for individual appointments and 48 hours for packages or multiple services. Late cancellations or rescheduling may be charged in full.
