Anne Marie Waterhouse is the mermaid trainer! A Certified WaterART Instructor for 10 years with Gold level Certification, Anne Marie will teach at Pennsylvania’s Deerfield Spa the week of August 21st. Anne Marie is a certified aquatic fitness master trainer, teaching water fitness classes and aquatic rehabilitation for over a decade. She also holds a 500 hour yoga instructor certification. Anne Marie’s background includes figure skating, dance, yoga, kinesiology and choreography. Combining these skills with over three decades in the fitness industry gives Anne Marie a multifaceted approach that allows for fun, fitness and restoration. She will be teaching many different classes at the Deerfield Spa such as; water yoga, land yin yoga, water workouts, water pilates, and many other fun land and water classes.
