Spas of America has announced its annual Top 100 Spas of 2025, recognizing the most sought-after spa and wellness destinations across North America. The list reflects sustained consumer demand for wellness travel, even as overall U.S. travel declined by an estimated 15% over the past year.

For 2025, Sunstone The Spa at Agua Caliente in Rancho Mirage, California, is the #1 Spa.

The Top 100 Spas of 2025 include 72 spas in the United States, 22 spas in Canada, five spas in Mexico, and one spa in the Dominican Republic. The number of U.S. spas represented declined by 14.3% compared to 2024, reflecting evolving travel preferences and growing interest in regional and international wellness destinations.

Guest Satisfaction and Google Reviews

New for 2025, Spas of America incorporated Google Review ratings into its ranking methodology alongside verified consumer traffic data. All spas included maintain a minimum Google rating of 4.0 or higher, with a median rating of 4.5 across the Top 100. Forty-one percent of spas earned ratings of 4.6 or higher.
