The Hot Springs Association (HSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Meath as its new Executive Director, effective October 1, 2023. Jessica’s extensive hot springs industry background and remarkable leadership qualities make her the ideal choice to lead the organization into an exciting new chapter.

Jessica Meath brings a wealth of experience, having worked closely with hot springs properties for the past 8 years. Her profound expertise and dedication to the industry have set her apart, making her an invaluable asset to the HSA. As Executive Director, Jessica will be pivotal in shaping the organization’s future and driving its mission forward.

In her new role, Jessica will succeed Vicky Nash, who will continue collaborating with the HSA. Vicky, well-known for her innovative contributions, created the immensely popular Hot Springs Connection Conference and launched the Hot Springs of America website, the primary resource for enthusiasts seeking comprehensive information on geothermal destinations. Vicky will continue to focus on the Hot Springs Connection conference, potential regional meetings, and organizing future Professional Field Trip opportunities. These initiatives will allow members to explore thermal mineral water resorts in the United States and international destinations such as Iceland, China, Japan, and Europe.

Jessica and Vicky have cultivated a strong professional relationship over the years, ensuring a seamless transition in leadership. Their collaboration will further strengthen the HSA’s ability to support its members and enhance the hot springs industry.
