Set in British Columbia's Purcell Mountains, Mountain Trek is a boutique boot camp structured fitness and weight-loss spa that offers a stress releasing, hiking intensive program structured around personal goals.
You Are Here:
You have two choices for destination airports: Spokane, Washington (GEO) or Castlegar, BC (YCG). A shuttle from either airport to the lodge – a scenic three-hour trip -- is included in your program fee.

Immersed in mountain alpine, guests summit ridge tops, drink directly from glacier fed creeks while they explore the natural surroundings.
