The Miraj Hammam Spa is centrally located in Vancouver, 10 minutes south of the downtown business district or 20 minutes north of the airport.
Treat Yourself:
Both the exterior and interior of Miraj have been distinctively designed to reflect the Middle Eastern heritage from which the concept arose. The entrance features wrought-iron grillwork, gates and a canopy. Persian archways provide entry into the reception area, resplendent with tiled floors, curved ceilings, Moroccan lamps and a trickling fountain set in a mosaic tile design – all finished in rich warm colors. The sanctuary and heart of Miraj features the hammam, a shower/change room, and three private massage rooms.
You Deserve:
Hammam and Gommage is a steam and exfoliation treatment in the authentic traditions of the Middle East. The hammam will cleanse your body in low-mist and high-intensity steam chambers, while stimulating your senses and imagination. Afterwards, experience an invigorating full-body gommage. Lay relaxed on Jerusalem gold marble while an esthetician exfoliates your body using genuine black Moroccan soap. Your skin will be left feeling soft and supple. Massages and facials are also available, should you choose to extend your treatment.
Stay & Play:
After your hammam, gommage and massage experience, retreat to the Sultana Lounge to continue your relaxing journey. Here you will recline on velvet beds and silk cushions while enjoying traditional Middle Eastern tea and sweet cakes, before floating outside to rejoin the world. Miraj’s central location means there are many top accommodations nearby.
