You Are Here:
Fly to Williams Lake Regional Airport (YWL) and drive south on Hwy 97 till you reach The Hills on the left hand side. Total driving time is 60 minutes. Or, Fly into Kamloops (YKA) and drive north thru Cache Creek and 100 Mile House. The Hills is on the Right just 11 min north of 100 Mile House. Shuttle service is available for both airports for a nominal fee.

Specializing in executive renewal and 6-, 10- and 30-night weight loss vacation programs, the Hills Health Spa is a true destination spa vacation resort. Home of the Canadian Wellness Center, the spa features extensive daily fitness programs; 18 wellness, massage and spa treatment rooms; and three spa lounges. The Hills offers a complete team of health professionals, including fitness instructors, kinesiologists, nurses, personal trainers, a nutritionist, body therapists and lifestyle counselors. The 1871 Lodge features the Swiss Fondue and Hot Rock Restaurant, the Victorian Tea Room, the Coffee Saloon and the Family Lounge. Summer activities include golf, canoeing, hiking and mountain biking. In winter, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowmobile rides, snowshoeing and skating are offered. The love of horses figures prominently: choose from a healthy cowboy breakfast on the trail, full-day cookout rides and picnics, or even hourly rides.
