The “Put yourself first at Grotto Spa, Canada’s No.1 Spa” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and is administered by Spas of America.
Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions of Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
By entering the Contest, entrants give us permission to send them administration emails throughout the length of the Contest period. If the entrant opts-out of these administration emails, their entry into the Contest will be removed. The entrant may opt-out of future communications about special offerings from Spas of America and Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort at any time without penalty.
Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort or Spas of America or Healthy Living + Travel does not and will not sell or rent users’ non-aggregated specific personal information to third-party companies.
One contest entry for the Contest will be generated for each person who registers between 12:01 am on January 25, 2017 and 11:59 am on April 1, 2017. Limit of one entry per person. A random draw of eligible entries for winners will be done at 12:00 noon on April 2, 2017. Chances of winning depend on number of entries received.
The Contest is open to Canadian and American residents who are 21 years of age and older. Void where prohibited by law.
No purchase is required for entry into the contest.
There are three prizes to be won:
1st Prize: Signature Grotto Package – Relax, refresh and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. You and your companion will enjoy two nights’ accommodation in the room type of your choice at Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and relax and get pampered using your $135 spa credit. Indulge with our Endless Tapas Dining Experience in the Treetop Tapas & Grill and savour breakfast with an $18 credit at Cedars Restaurant & Lounge. Prize value of approximately $1,100.
2nd Prize: Reconnect Package – Feel the nurture of nature with an escape to Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and experience the power of this new wellness package. You will discover the healing properties of “Forest Bathing,” a growing eco-experience called Shinrin-yoku, a global Japanese movement which means the medicine of taking in the forest. You and your companion will enjoy two nights’ accommodation in a Spa Bungalow Studio, receive a Reconnect Welcome Amenity, experience a guided two-hour Forest Bathing Tour and enjoy more healing benefits with two passes to the Mineral Pool at Grotto Spa. Prize value of approximately $700.
3rd Prize: Eminence Organic Skin Care Gift Basket – An award-winning leader in professional skin care, Éminence offers a unique blend of hand-picked fresh ingredients to deliver outstanding results. Retail prize value of $250.

Prizes must be taken on or before December 31, 2017. Taxes, surcharges and gratuities are extra. Holidays are excluded, and some restrictions apply.
Unless otherwise specified, the prizes do not include airfare, meals, telephone charges and incidentals. The prizes have no cash value. Award is void where prohibited by law. No purchase of products is necessary to participate in the Contest. This offer is made in compliance with the laws in the jurisdiction in which it is made.
The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and email. Attempts will be made to contact the selected entrant between 9 am and 9 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) for a period of three (3) working days. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, he/she is no longer eligible to win and another entrant will be drawn and the process of contacting the new selected entrant will then be repeated. The selected entrant will be required to complete, sign and return, within seven (7) days of the receipt of same, a declaration which provides personal information and a release of Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies from any liability resulting from the awarding of the prize, confirming acceptance of the prize as awarded, and giving permission to Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and its agencies to use the winner’s name and photograph without further compensation in any upcoming publicity. If a selected entrant fails to complete, sign and return the release from within seven (7) days, Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America reserve the right to void that entry and select another eligible entrant for the prize.
The prizes must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions, transfers or conversions will be allowed, unless at the discretion of Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort, which may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All entries become the property of Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America and will not be returned. Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America assume no responsibility for lost, invalid, delayed or misdirected entries.
By entering, entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America, which are final. By accepting a prize, the winner authorizes Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort and Spas of America/Healthy Living + Travel to announce and publish the winner’s name, city, voice, comments and photograph without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Grotto Spa, Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort, and Spas of America.
